I recently got a new Ram truck, and given the situation with coronavirus, they made it incredibly safe and easy. I dealt with everything over the phone and text, and the next day they dropped the truck off at my house, I signed the final paperwork, and they drove off in my trade. I didn't have to leave my house or make any physical contact or do anything unsafe given the current situation. I'd actually like to buy all my cars this way from now on. More

Pretty good service They really worked to find a good deal, but there were a few scratches on our back bumper after left and we are concerned about those in the future. The car was being cleaned and it took a long time for that happen and when we got home the back seat had dirt on the back of the chairs and the back was not wiped down. With everything going on we tried to be patient, but then they also are not honoring a referral payment, so while we are pleased with the car and deal we received, there were a few hiccups. More
