I love this dealership! I love this dealership. Everybody is so friendly and willing to help. I was indecisive about the type of small SUV I wanted, so I came in to look I love this dealership. He was really nice, not pushy or aggressive to get a sale. He knew I was still deciding between cars and offered to help in any way possible. Over the course of three months, I contacted him a couple of times for pricing updates. Even after three months of me being indecisive and probably a pest, he remained nice and helpful and always responded to me within an hour or two. I wound up buying a new 2020 Jeep Compass High Altitude after three months of debating - and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The car I wanted was an hour away in Illinois and Brad drove to get the car himself in order not to risk the elderly drivers who normally go pick up cars for the dealership. His loyalty to customers and fellow employees is amazing. Glendale should be proud to have him! But my great experience doesn't end there. Ted was my finance guy; he was so nice. I felt really comfortable having Ted helping me with financing decisions. This was the first car I have purchased and he told me "I have daughters your age and I only want what's best for you". He made sure I understood everything I needed to know and made sure I had what I needed before I left his office. I left that day without any concerns or questions and I knew the decisions I made on purchasing this car were the right ones. There are so many nice people who work here. I wish I knew everybody's names. I would absolutely return to buy a car in the future and will recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. More
