Having to wait over two weeks for paperwork I don't understand why we had to wait so long to get our paperwork. After paying by cashiers check for a car on July 2nd, I was told I have to wait fo I don't understand why we had to wait so long to get our paperwork. After paying by cashiers check for a car on July 2nd, I was told I have to wait for two weeks for my paperwork. Our temp plates were only good for 3 weeks (July 22). I should have walked out the door with all the papers that day. Instead it got put in the mail and I didn't receive it until 7/17 after 6 pm. Every other car we have ever bought, we got the paperwork as soon as we left the lot. Now I am down to just 2 days left on my temporary plates and have to go out of town this week. I'm not happy about this policy. Jim Ottomeier and Jim Welsh were very nice, but I don't agree with this policy of holding on to my paperwork for a car I own out right. More

The whole process was very quick as Steve had me do my financing application online everything was done when I got there. I have recommended Steve to everyone i know and will continue to recommend him. I like the dealership but the real reason I go there is for Steve and his easy going salesmanship..I live in south st. Louis and can very easy go 10 minutes from my house to South County and purchase but noone beats his deals and know one is as fair as Steve.
