My first new car was a 1976 Dodge Dart, and with the exception of 3 Ford's We have purchased many cars, vans, trucks and SUV's over the last 40 years. My first new car was a 1976 Dodge Dart, and with the exception of 3 Ford's and 3 Chevy's most have been Dodges, Chryslers, Jeeps and 3 Ram 1500's. We were first impressed with a salesman, Mr. Cedric Montgomery, who a couple months ago took care of a issue with my wife's car. He had answered your phones after the dealership was closed, and helped my wife by answering all her questions, and making sure that service would take care of her car the next morning after getting it towed there. After another issue of not being able to get one of our vehicles into the dealer's service department that is right by our house, we again called Cedric. He took the time to put us in right direction and made sure we were taken care of. This past Memorial Day weekend, we found we needed to replace our jeep for a larger one that is capable of towing a box trailer. We called Cedric, but to our dismay, we found he no longer was in sales. Again, he courteously referred us to another colleague, Jerry Kasten. Jerry is very pleasant and understanding and great to work with. He really listened to what we were saying and took into consideration all our needs. We picked out the new Jeep, and then we went to Finance and worked with Larry Striblin, who also listened to our concerns and provided very informative & good explanations of extended warranties. I highly recommend that you all continue what you are doing - it seems to be a recipe for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and caring service experience. In addition, your service department employees are 2nd to none. When we come in, we feel like they are happy to see us and completely take care of us. We didn't have an appointment and showed up with our two young children and our salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable. She made the kids feel not only felt welcome, but encouraged them to ask her questions and treated them with such respect. Becky was patient in answering all of our questions (and we had lots)! Not only that but she asked us if we would like her to be in touch and, if so, how often. She followed up each time she said she would and responded to texts and emails promptly. I am from Canada but felt very confident in purchasing a Pacfica from the dealership as she treated our family as we try to treat others in our business - with patience and as thought there was no stupid question. I'd have a hard time going to another dealership in the future and hope that the continued service matches our initial experience. We took the new van home last night and I am not sure which family member loves it the most. :) Thanks, Becky! More

We spent a few days shopping around and after much disappointment,couldn't find the truck we were looking for. Our experience with other dealerships was awful. We were lied to,led on a wild goose chase,and treated like we were an inconvenience. We were thrilled when Jerry took the time to listen to what we had been through and made it his personal goal to make things right and win us over as customers. He knew that we were serious about what we wanted and he helped us get it. I can't brag enough about the professionalism,courtesy, friendliness, and respect the entire staff displayed to us! We will be back! More
Wasn't planning on a new car that day. I stopped by Glendale Chrysler to start looking for a new car. 8 hours of time wasted Very disappointed with the service that was given by the service department. I dropped of my Jeep for a factory recall and systems update. Knowingly, Very disappointed with the service that was given by the service department. I dropped of my Jeep for a factory recall and systems update. Knowingly, the vehicle would be serviced for a few hours i had no problem waiting in their comfy customer are with tv and decent wifi. As time passed i walked around only to notice my car was stacked in the back parking lot behind 3 others. It being a busy location i didnt think too much of it. after an 8hour wait, i was told my car would be ready for pick up. Upon arriving i still waited for 30mins for them to pull my car around! Excuses of "they lost the keys to the blocking vehicles" and "it should be around any second became tiresome". After loosing my cool is when folks began to scramble and cut keys and what not to have car moved. My biggest issue is how did the car get fixed if it never moved from its position and was blocked in?! No on gave a clear explanation, and continued to pass the buck to other workers. No one showed much sympathy nor apologized. Since it was a recall fix on a interior part, i have no way of knowing if my truck was fixed or not, so i feel i was just SOL. To add insult i simply wanted to see video of my vehicle being work on or moved into the bay, and sure enough, the camera over my jeep and nearby couldn't give a clear view of a worker doing the "work outdoors" as claimed...Very sad and disrpectful gesture on their part. Not to take the blame, nor apologize. They get so busy they feel that a certain few are able to fall thru the cracks. I dont plan on going back to that dealership, ill find another. More
