Good experience I had a great experience at the dealership. I went in to trade in my 2011 for a slightly newer model. I was instead talked into leasing a brand new 20 I had a great experience at the dealership. I went in to trade in my 2011 for a slightly newer model. I was instead talked into leasing a brand new 2015 for the same monthly payments I've had all along. I have never leased before so I'm still not sure how that'll go in the long run. I was also trying to be very clear that I was getting my equity out of the car I was trading but they throw a lot of numbers at you & quick talking so we'll see when I actually go to trade in again. I plan on trading up every few years now if everything goes as planned. They assured me I wouldn't get burned on the mileage if I went a little over, unless I planned on purchasing the car after the lease period. Other than that I'm driving around a 2015 Grand Cherokee limited with no extra money out of my pocket & I'm thrilled about that!!! I will be returning here for my next vehicle trade in. Mike O. Jr. was great to work with. He made me feel confident that I made the right move for my family so I'm trusting in that right now. Great personality. Appointment time Went in for a two hour service and I am still sitting here 5 hours later. Don't have any idea when it will be done. And now after 5 hours they found out they have the wrong part.....After the mistake was made Bill did get me a car for the night and the part was ordered for the next day. Both Bill and the service manager did there best to make right a bad situation. I will give them another chance when I need service but when I do make the appointment we will discuss the amount of time and we will be holding their feet to the fire. More
