I recently brought the van to the dealership for to have Crystal Fusion applied after our windshield had to be replaced. After I got the van home, I noticed that the Crystal Fusion hadn't been applied to both sides of the windshield. I sent a Facebook message to the dealership letting them know the problem and how returning to the dealership would be inconvenient due to my need to be home with my husband after my work day. Early the next morning, Jim called me. I was surprised it was Jim because he was our salesman. At other dealerships, a salesman makes the sale and that's it. I've never had a salesman concerned about anything after paperwork is signed. Jim not only called first thing in the morning, but offered to come to my place of employment, get my vehicle, take it to the dealership for the application of Crystal Fusion, and return it to me.
