2nd visit where techs forgot to reinstall weatherstripping I requested Henry to inform the technician to reinstall the Moon Roof weatherstripping that I placed on top of the dashboard. Prior to my last request I requested Henry to inform the technician to reinstall the Moon Roof weatherstripping that I placed on top of the dashboard. Prior to my last request I also did the same for the previous visit and the tech forgot to install it too. Techs have to pay more attention to the details!!! More

I put off getting a new car for two years because I couldn't fathom subjecting myself to the soul s My initial visit set the tone for this dealership. I put off getting a new car for two years because I couldn't fathom subjecting myself to the soul sucking, high pressure, slick and untrustworthy sales force and I found none of that here. I told my guy I wouldn't meet with 5 different managers, reps, finance people or I would walk. In return for his trust I would commit to him if I bought. After driving a car I walked out with a handshake and a promised call - no craziness. After a few calls and emails I came back the next week and drove off with a beautiful car and my sanity. Best experience ever. Thanks Trent. More
