I entrusted my car to this service center and I recommend this center to other Hyundai owners and future owners! Just to add I know it may be a hectic day sometime but I noticed the man doing service to the cars and driving the car to hand off to the customer need to at least “smile”. Just saying.... otherwise THANK YOU AND KEEP IT UP!!!! More

Dealership experience needs improvement George Lin was a nice guy but I wish he had been a bit more active in interacting with us. Overall, he helped us get the car we wanted, so that was good. The dealership needs a lot of improvement. I realize that this is not a luxury brand (although they sell Genesis), but there weren’t any comfortable chairs to sit and wait. The building decor was cheap and uninviting. All the cars were stored offsite so it was a real hassle to look at them. As such, the cars were filthy on the outside and really took away from the new car shopping experience. I would not recommend this dealer to my friends and family, especially if shopping for the Genesis brand. More

Very disappointing I was quoted $49.99 for an oil change on the phone and made an appointment for 9:30 the following morning. Arrived at 9:30, checked in and was told it I was quoted $49.99 for an oil change on the phone and made an appointment for 9:30 the following morning. Arrived at 9:30, checked in and was told it was $54.99. I explained I was quoted a different price and after a few minutes of being told they had no idea who I talked to nor why I was quoted that price because it went up $5.00 a month ago, I was told the person would check with the manager when they go back. After an hour and a half (for an oil change) I approached the service attendant and was told the internet was down so they couldn’t print my receipt and they were waiting for it to come back. Eventually, after TWO hours (for an oil change), the service attendant told me I was charged $54.99 but given $5.00 off the labor, after the after were accumulated for the full bill which had me still paying more than if I would have been charged the $49.99 I was originally quoted. I was given my receipt, told my car would be brought around and in a few minutes and I was done. More

Avo is a great coordinator that keeps me updated with the status of the service. In addition, a part needed to be ordered and Avo texted me the day it arrived to let me know and schedule the next appointment to bring the car in. I trust that the technicians know what is the best fix for the problem and they perform wonderful work. As always, terrific people and experience. I will definitely be back for the next service I need. More
