Awesome Customer Service I brought my car in before work to get a bunch of work done. EJ called me back within 20 minutes to give me a rundown of what I needed. I My experience at the Glendale Hyundai has always been very favorable. Ejmin "AJ" Hovspeian worked with me in addressing all of my auto repair needs. I had so many repairs and new parts to install (i.e. new front brakes, brake pads, adding coolants, trans. flush, new spark plugs, drive belts, replaced altenator, AC belt, replaced power steering, and water pump belts) . Both he and his team completed the entire job in less time than originally earmarked. He quoted a fantastic cost estimate given all of the work that I needed to address. AJ is very knowledgable and given my budget constraints, he worked with me in getting the best price possible. I even got a free oil change! More

I always manage to catch Arlene as my service provider while there and she's been nothing short of awesome every time I go. Always explaining the breakdown of parts and costs, working with me to keep things on budget if anything unexpected comes up for repairs, and genuinely making me feel like a valued customer.
