Avo was extraordinarily helpful and even encouraged me to bring the car back (since I only had an oil change appointment at the time) for a full diagnostic in order to gather the appropriate data to submit paperwork to Hyundai for possible approval of a new transmission. The replacement may or may not get approved, but Avo and the Glendale Hyundai service department certainly have done everything within their power to help solve the problem. (Thank you!) More

Overall a good experience & I bought the car I came to buy The one thing that mildly perturbed me was the internet salesman gave me a price with all the discounts and rebates which was a very good price.. It peaked my interest enough to make an appointment to go to the dealership... Upon arriving that salesman was not there and another one took over. |After explaining to me that I did not qualify for some of the discounts it brought the price up about another $1200 dollars which in the end with taxes that is a total of around $1400 more because the rebate of $3500 was also taxed...Oh well that"s life. ...They did give me a fair price for my trade in thus the deal was made and I love the car I bought. If I was the first salesman's boss I would tell him next time to give the low price with all the discounts and rebates and clarify it by saying (if eligible)..If that was the case then I would not have felt like there was a bate and switch so on and so forth..... Poor service Have appointment at 9 a.m. for service because there is noise in the cabin. After 3 hours of waiting, technician said he could not detect the noise. In the report said after the test drive, can not detect noise. After I drove out for 15 mins. It start making noise again. Technician did not drive around long enough because he was too busy. If someone need service, go to other dealers. NOT RECOMMENDED. More

Lied and Deceived On November 16, 2018, my fiancé brought my Hyundai Elantra in for service and was notified that both front breaks and rotors were damaged and that the On November 16, 2018, my fiancé brought my Hyundai Elantra in for service and was notified that both front breaks and rotors were damaged and that they would need to be fully replaced. Wanting to maintain the excellent condition of my car, I complied with the above stated service recommendations. Upon picking up the car from being serviced, I noticed on my drive home that the shocks were damaged and had a significant impact on the drivability of the car. On November 23rd, I brought the car back in and notified your service team members of the new damage to the shocks. After reviewing it, your service technician admitted lifting up the car onto your rigs caused the damage to the shocks. Your service team members informed me that all four shocks were damaged. Your service team members also informed me that they would not fix the issue for free or for even a discount, which I asked for. Because of this, I took my car to another mechanic. Upon the other mechanic’s review of my car, he informed me that not all four shocks were damaged, only one shock was damaged. It was apparent that your service team members misrepresented the truth for both the shocks and the brakes and rotors. Based on the history of misrepresentation and the fact that the damage to the shocks was caused by your team members, I am writing to ask for a full reimbursement of $485.29 for the breaks and rotors charge as well as $227.57 for the cost of repairing the one damaged shock. This totals to $712.86, supporting material is attached to this letter. More
