I found the model I wanted on CarGurus, and emailed for Jaime (Sales Manager) and Sameer (Finance) made this buying experience very fast and painless. I found the model I wanted on CarGurus, and emailed for a quote. I told Jaime everything I wanted (including the Hyundai Protection Package extended warranty), and everything I did NOT want (dealer markup extras like clear coat and additional alarm). Jaime was quick to respond and made sure there would be no extras/markups. Over 3 emails and one phone call, we came to a very good price negotiation that ticked off every box and answered every question I had. I had my own financing arranged, but Sameer also gave me some very attractive finance options to consider. The price we agreed upon was about $1500 less than anyone else in Los Angeles County. Awesome! Other dealers I talked to went round and round with me, never furnishing the out-the-door price quote I asked for, being evasive, or saying they couldn't take off the dealer markup extras. Who has time for that? Jaime and the Glendale Hyundai crew were fantastic. I rolled off the lot in my brand new Ioniq yesterday, and was impressed with the whole experience from beginning to end.
