Pressure sensor repleacement- AJ rocks! The Check engine indicator came on in my car that is just over a year old! I stopped checked the fluids and gas cap all were fine. I called the service department and Glendale Hyundai and explained what was going on. I live 2 hrs 15 minutes from the dealer. We made an appointment for 7 am two days later, my day off. Luckily I have a another car to get around. Unfortunately my work schedule was changed and I had to work not that day but that night! I drove into Glendale with no sleep so I could sleep during the day and be ready for work that night. It was a 3 hour drive with traffic. I explained my situation to AJ and he made my car a priority, thank you AJ! They did the regular service and found that it was a faulty pressure sensor. All under an hour. I drove another 2+ hours and got some sleep! The part was not in stock, he ordered it and said he would call when it came in. about 6 days later the check engine indicator came back on. I called AJ, he checked on the part and had one. We made an appointment for the next morning at 7 am. Traffic was worse! it took me 3.5 hours to get there! AJ greeted me and had already pulled the part. He let me know it would be a few hours and told me where I could grab some food when they would open. 1 and half hours later it was all done and covered under warranty! It was a bummer the sensor went out but the resolution was great! Thank you AJ! More

Poor Customer service I had planned an appointment ahead of time on the site and was set up to have AVO, but when I got there I was placed with someone else and claimed as I had planned an appointment ahead of time on the site and was set up to have AVO, but when I got there I was placed with someone else and claimed as a walk in? The moment I walked in this girl was rude and uninviting, people were asking me rudely to move out of their way when I was in front of the desk. I was waiting patiently for someone to help me because I was on time to my appointment. They send me over to AJ, but the price that I was marked for online was way more than it actually was. Felt like I was taken advantage of. After the service was done, the guy just made me pay and gave me my papers. And told me my car will be waiting for me on the curb. He didn't go through the papers with me to tell me everything was okay and I noticed when I left there was a comment that something else needed to be done to my car. If the guy would have asked me, I would have gotten it done too. But no one informed me and now I have to return again. It was just an overall dissapointment. Poor service ensuring I would get the greatest help. I have never been to a dealership like this that wasn't very inviting and helpful. More
