Easy, Honest Service Experience. Arlene was very helpful. She was honest about the current level of maintenance my vehicle needed. I got the color I wanted at the price I wanted with the features I wanted and NO B.S. I wish I was buying a car a week - that's how nice they were. Ash Edwards was very kind and patient with my 75-year-old mother who was afraid of all the awesome new features on her new, 2018 Kona. I wish I could be that patient! At that time the transaction was very difficult because the dealership added options after they quoted an exact price. After 4 hours of wasting everyone's time, we finally got the deal we were promised. Even at that point, they made 'mistakes' two times on the contract trying to charge extra. Now I emailed Ash asking for a quote for a car that he previously showed me. He refused to provide any pricing unless I come in. This is 2018 and it's time to move with the times. Stay away from Hyundai of Glendale unless you want to play a typical dealership game of changing prices, obscure charges, etc. More

Above and beyond I originally came in to the dealership to have two obvious issues addressed. Through the inspection, AJ and his technicians uncovered three other major repairs that needed to be addressed ASAP. AJ took the time to explain the issues throughly to me, and gave me confidence that these repairs were truly necessary. I’ve been taken advantage by shops before, and it was so refreshing to talk to a team that genuinely wanted to do the right thing. I will be coming back to AJ from now on! More
