I was contacted by a salesperson named Junior advertising a $5,000 discount and urging me to come in quickly to “lock it in.” Before visiting the dealership, I clearly and repeatedly requested a written, itemized price breakdown so I could review the numbers transparently. This included vehicle details, MSRP, selling price, dealer add-ons with dollar amounts, dealer fees, and the full out-the-door price. Despite multiple polite requests via text and email, I was never provided a complete written quote. Instead, I received vague responses, pressure to come in person, and statements such as the dealership having the “lowest price in California.” Junior acknowledged there was a dealer add-on, but would not disclose in writing what it was or how much it cost. After continued requests for transparency, communication stopped entirely. To be clear: I did not make an offer I did not agree to any terms I simply requested pricing in writing before visiting I escalated the issue to the General Manager in good faith, hoping to resolve it professionally. Unfortunately, I received no response from management either. Advertising discounts while refusing to provide written pricing, avoiding disclosure of add-ons, and then ghosting a customer—followed by management silence—is not how a transparent dealership should operate. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Nissan of Glendale to anyone looking for straightforward, honest pricing. More

I went into Glendale nissan with my eyes set on a beautiful nissan altima. I was connected with Christian and Evelin who were very helpful with the whole process for it to be my first time purchasing beautiful nissan altima. I went in with my eyes set on this specific car and they made it happen! They worked with me and my budget which was great. They made sure i left the dealers happy and satisfied. Even the financing process with Gary was a wonderful experience as he left me feeling less pressure when explaining everything to me. After the purchasing process, they continue to maintain contact to see how i am doing while making sure everything is going well with the vehicle and i appeciate that very much! More

I was interested in seeing 3 different cars and boy I tell you, other dealers would probably not help me since most of the the time you want to see multiple cars they become aggressive but not Armen. He showed me all three cars from Ariya, Rogue and Kicks and I was not going to buy a car today but due to Armen's amazing work. I decided to go with the Ariya Evolve+. Next we sat down and I told Armen that I did not want to exceed $5000 and $500 a month and armen and his general sales manager Alex saved me $1000 on down payment and $75 making me a very happy gal. God bless all the people at Glendale Nissan for making my car buying experience hassle free and easy. I recommend Armen and the crew here on all your car buying needs.
