I waited for over 6 hours to get a general software update done, specifically 24-NA-143 and 25-NA-183 and left without an update as the dealer refused to do it. It shouldn't take 6 hours of waiting an update done, specifically 24-NA-143 and 25-NA-183 and left without an update as the dealer refused to do it. It shouldn't take 6 hours of waiting and the general software update for Ultium vehicles should be done at every dealer visit. GM dealers don't have sufficient training for EV line and they refuse or afraid of doing updates. On the positive side, the parts guy working there is great and very helpful. They also patched my leaking tire for $40. More

Every time I take my car there, it sits there for days with nothing being done, we get zero updates, the last time we picked up our vehicle, warranty had been paid for services not even rendered yet, and with nothing being done, we get zero updates, the last time we picked up our vehicle, warranty had been paid for services not even rendered yet, and have still not been done. We've also been waiting on a part since April with no communication. Overall very poor service. More
My husband dropped off our 2024 Chevy Silverado for a recall that needed to be done, during the time the truck was there the only phone call I received was to tell me that the truck was ready for pick up recall that needed to be done, during the time the truck was there the only phone call I received was to tell me that the truck was ready for pick up. I went to pick up the truck and no one discussed anything that was performed on our vehicle, all they said to me was "sign here", I kept asking questions about the paperwork because I noticed more work on there than just the recall and then one of the service advisors finally took the paperwork from me and started reading off what was done (mind you this was after I had already read everything off). Not only did they do the recall but they ended up replacing the Actuator as well but none of this was communicated to me. I had to ask all the questions and I would have assumed that if something else was performed on my vehicle other than what we brought it in for which was the recall, that would have been discussed with us prior. I worked at Sierra Chevrolet in Monrovia and I am fully aware of what the expectations are as a service advisor and this was not it. This was not the first time this type of customer service was presented to me when picking up our vehicle. I am starting to wonder if my husband picked up our truck if he would have been treated this way. Maybe your service advisors don't feel the need to explain repairs to women, if that is the case I highly suggest you train them to do better. Also, I called the service manager (John King) the next day because he was gone for the day when I picked up our truck, I left him a voicemail to call me back and he never did. It is unfortunate that this is the type of service is given to customers, we are a Chevy family. We have the Silverado and I have had a Tahoe and now currently drive a Suburban. I love the brand but the customer service is not there. More
