Really bad service, when they gave me the diagnosis, I was told that I can fix it with $780+tax, and the person named Ruben Torres never assured that the problem was not guaranteed. I was told it was the was told that I can fix it with $780+tax, and the person named Ruben Torres never assured that the problem was not guaranteed. I was told it was the transmission he didn't give me a real diagnosis because he didn't give me real answers. He just said I think I am not sure. What type of workers they have. I took it there before and this completely made me regret because I paid $240.00 for a real diagnosis and I didn't get it. I left with the same issue because he didn't give me a good diagnosis correctly. This will be my last time here. More

I’m very real with how I feel about the experiences with any kind of company so you won’t get any patronization here. I took my car in to have a service done. These guys got the job done. I don’t have any p any kind of company so you won’t get any patronization here. I took my car in to have a service done. These guys got the job done. I don’t have any problems with the car what it was doing before the service is no longer doing. I’m driving it with total confidence. That is exactly what a clients wants. They want to go in get the job done, pay the money and be able to move on with their lives many of times you find certain companies have done other things underneath your hood that they shouldn’t have done and now they’re supposed to fix one problem and now you have two other new problems. This did not happen with this company. There’s no problem. Everything seems to be flowing just as it opposed to thank you guys for a wonderful job and by the way for anyone who never met these people, they were all professional all kind and they did great customer service, which is rare in today’s world.!:) More

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Glendora Chevrolet Service. I brought my vehicle in on May 22 for routine maintenance, including an oil change, and picked it up on May 23. Shortl Glendora Chevrolet Service. I brought my vehicle in on May 22 for routine maintenance, including an oil change, and picked it up on May 23. Shortly after leaving, while getting a car wash, my "Check Oil Level" warning light came on. Concerned, I immediately returned to the service department. They checked the oil, told me there was enough oil in the vehicle, and sent me on my way without really addressing why the warning light appeared. I was simply told to come back if the light was still on by Tuesday. By Tuesday, not only was the "Check Oil Level" warning still on, but a "Change Brake Pad" warning had also appeared. This was surprising because my brakes had recently been serviced by Glendora Chevrolet Service. When I returned, I was told it would cost more than $400 just to diagnose the issues and that I would need to leave my vehicle. What started as a routine maintenance visit quickly turned into a repair bill totaling $901.69, on top of the $113.50 I had already paid for the original maintenance service. I was even charged for another oil change, which made no sense given that the vehicle had supposedly just received one days earlier. I have had excellent experiences in the past working with Omar in the service department. He has always been thorough, communicative, and proactive about explaining recommendations before any work is performed. Unfortunately, Omar wasn't on duty when I brought in my car and this experience was the complete opposite. To make matters worse, I dropped off my vehicle with a full tank of gas and picked it up with approximately half a tank remaining. When I questioned this, I was told the vehicle had to be driven to recreate the warning lights. I understand a reasonable test drive, but using what appears to be over 40 miles worth of fuel without discussing it beforehand or acknowledging it afterward is unacceptable. What should have been a straightforward maintenance appointment ended up costing me over $1,000, causing significant financial stress and leaving me with serious concerns about the service I received. I hope management reviews this situation and takes steps to improve communication, transparency, and customer care. More
