Greg and Lorenzo were very honest and more than making a deal they were much more interested in building a relationship with us. She wasnt trying to sell us anything, she was honest in what we should consider in purchasing when it came down to extras such as warranties and protections. This place is the worst the manager/ owner Mike will rip you off . He said he issued me a refund but never did and then refused to work on my car. I had to take my car that didnt work home and since i had p you off . He said he issued me a refund but never did and then refused to work on my car. I had to take my car that didnt work home and since i had paid them $740 for work that didnt fix my car I didnt have the money to go to a different shop . So now i have no transportation im out $740, and Mike is now lying about issuing my refund . The workers in the service department called me yelling at me to pick up my car saying they didnt care about the refund or that my car didnt work. I cant believe that a business is allowed to treat customers this way and then steal their money. This place is the worst. Stay away from here unless you want to be treated like garbage and then ripped off and laughed at by the manager when you are asking for help in resolving an issue.
