I showed up for 10am appointment. I explained the attendant what services I required. He proceeded to inform me that my car would be ready at around 1130am. 1130am came around and hea I explained the attendant what services I required. He proceeded to inform me that my car would be ready at around 1130am. 1130am came around and heard nothing. I saw that it was busy. I decided to wait a bit longer. 12pm rolled by. At around 1230pm I went to inquire about the status of my car. The attendant proceeded to go personally check. He came back and informed me that my car’s service had not yet begun. I asked him to bring my car around. I was upset about the fact that no one kept me updated or informed that it would take longer than initially quoted time wise. I would have made a decision at 1130am to stay or leave. Since I was not given a guarantee that my car would be serviced immediately. It could be a few more hours. I decided to leave. I don’t like the fact that the dealer thought I wanted to spend all day sitting in their waiting room. Or even bother to keep me updated as I previously stated. Very unprofessional service department lacking proper customer service protocols. More

They didn’t rotate my tires like they said, I have a sensor that’s out so I know exactly that they didn’t do that.
