He delivered superior customer service, professionalism and effective communication with me and ensured all my needs were resolved including back and forth transportation 3-5 times with all my visits in the past two weeks. In addition, Francisco in parts found my work cell in the lobby, and after realizing it was ringing, called the last number-which was mine, advised it was left in the customer lobby while waiting for dealer shuttle/uber.
