One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at dealership trying to work with the salesman, David. Already bought one truck from him in the past and went back to him as a second customer and he continued to trying to work with the salesman, David. Already bought one truck from him in the past and went back to him as a second customer and he continued to push me off saying that he was busy. then I asked to speak to the manager or the GM he continue to say that they were either off And then another day that they were too busy to talk when I asked for the GM or owners email he says that they do not allow them to give that out. What kind of GM does not want customers feedback. When I left a message for the GM sales manager or anybody to call back on the voicemail and by email he was obviously correct because three days later I have still not heard back from anybody. Don’t waste your time with Polk. More
