Thank you for your feedback, Ed. I'm glad to hear you were pleased with the quality of the work, but I completely understand your frustration regarding the credit card surcharge. The fee itself should never come as a surprise. We recently implemented this new payment process, and while customers always have the option to avoid the surcharge by paying with cash, check, or debit card, we clearly did not communicate those options as well as we should have during your visit. That's on us, and I apologize for that experience. We are already reinforcing this process with our team so every customer is informed in advance and can choose the payment method that works best for them. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is helping us improve, and we appreciate the opportunity to earn your business.
