I do apologize for any frustration or misunderstanding regarding the tire rotation recommendation. After inspecting the tires, our technician found the front tires were at 4/32” and the rear tires were at 3/32”. Because your vehicle is front-wheel drive, he advised against rotating the lower tread tires to the front for safety reasons. We discussed the condition of the tires with you before proceeding, and it was agreed to leave them in their current positions. Our intention in discussing replacement options was simply to keep you informed about the tire condition and help make you aware of the current tire promotion available. We never want our customers to feel pressured, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention so we can continue improving our communication.
