Mrs. Hewitt, I am truly sorry for the way your visit went, because that is not the experience we want anyone to have, especially when you took the time to schedule an appointment in advance. You should have been greeted promptly, acknowledged, and made to feel welcomed, and the wait time you experienced for a simple oil change was unacceptable. Jamie has shared with me what happened and has already reached out to you personally, but I still want to apologize here as well because this one is on us. An appointment should mean something, and we clearly did not honor that the way we should have. I appreciate your patience, your honesty, and the opportunity to make this right, and I truly hope the free oil change we offered and the changes we are making behind the scenes help restore your confidence in us.
