Let me first say that I have purchased A LOT of vehicles in my life for my self personally and my family (53 to be exact), but I also help friends purchase vehicles because they hate the process so much. Glenn Polk Cheverlot was my most pleasurable vehicle purchase from start to finish that I have ever experienced. I was on a search for a 2026 Chevy Suburban Z71 for my wife. I was contacted by Cynthia after my online inquiry. She was extremely professional and helpful. I know what I wanted and I ask a lot of questions. She was always extremely prompt and accurate with her information. I did all interaction via text, email and phone calls as I was an out of state buyer. Anytime I asked a question, she went above and beyond. I was negotiating with seven dealers in three states. They were extremely competitive in regards to pricing and incentives as the big, high pressure dealers, but with small town charm. They also didn’t have the usual mandatory high dollar useless addons that most dealers are charging (to add to their profits). I know I got the best price possible for a 2026 Z71 Suburban. I know Cynthia went to bat for me with her sales manager to get me the best deal possible. It didn’t end there. As soon as we had an agreed upon price I was immediately contacted by Chris the finance manager. He sent me all the paperwork I needed to complete in a very timely manner. Everything was accurate and upfront (no funny business). They didn’t even ask for a deposit to hold the vehicle so you know they take a person for their word. I jumped on a plane a few days later to pick up my wife’s new Suburban. I was pleasantly greeted at the airport with Mr. Bruce who the dealership sent to pick me up and take me back to the dealership to complete the transaction. He was so professional and polite. Once I arrived at the dealership my vehicle was ready for me. Cynthia again was so professional and helped set everything up for me with my vehicle, the app and did a thorough walkthrough. I then met Rob (extremely professional - Semper Fi) who gave me a few things to sign and they had me ready to hit the road (600 mile drive back to NOLA). I was in and out in no time. Everything was perfect with no pressure sales for extended warranty or incorrect paperwork. I was the whole team’s priority when I got there. They even checked in with me to make sure I got home safely I couldn’t give a higher recommendation for the team at Glenn Polk Chevrolet in Sanger for your next vehicle purchase.
