First, I'd like to say, "Thank You", you are the only that has ever cared enough to follow up, or question what I wrote. In Today's time's everyone has some sort of survey site; each one is different t that has ever cared enough to follow up, or question what I wrote. In Today's time's everyone has some sort of survey site; each one is different that require several different logins, that's where the pain in the rear come in, when you're not a computer whiz... As far as undermining employees: most surveys have pre-planned boxes to check, very few have a box for N/A. Yes, you had a place where I could say what a great job Chace did. I retired as an operations manager, I'm from the school, where it a team of employees that make (example only) Chase to be successful. So, by singling out one or two employees to me is undermining other employees. Not to mention, some surveys responses are tied to pay incentives, for an individual & not the team that made them standout. Some are used to collect & sell peoples data, my opinion. I apologize for venting in my earlier response. However, by you calling me out, I have that much more respect for Glenn Polk, of Sanger. Your Dealership is by far superior in customer satisfaction, then any of the other dealerships I've delt with over my 73 years. Great Job to your Team!! Casey More
