I had a wonderful experience with Brandon Pacella from start to finish. He was more than happy to accommodate my schedule and make the car buying process as smooth as possible. Dominik Dybala, the General start to finish. He was more than happy to accommodate my schedule and make the car buying process as smooth as possible. Dominik Dybala, the General Manager, was also fantastic to work with. I credit them both for being able to secure the perfect Porsche for me. I will not hesitate to visit Glenview Luxury Imports again for my next purchase. More

After such great experiences, I decided to give them a try when the time came to buy a car. All I can say is that the excellent treatment runs throughout the entire dealership. Yousef and the entire sales team are fantastic. The whole staff is friendly, respectful and easy to deal with. I truly cannot do them justice with this review. All I can say is that I highly recommend them for sales, service or parts. I am a customer for life. More

We met Banypal and made it clear we were not looking to buy today but would love to see this car. He showed it to us and it was gorgeous. Outstanding service. On the lot we saw a Promaster City in excellent condition (2022). We checked out that one and liked it, but drove home to Indiana. Two weeks later I message Banypal asking if the Ram was still there. He sent me videos of the undercarriage and more pictures. Two days later we show up in Glenview and boujght it. Both Banypal and Wesley made the checkout/buying process super easy. I will buy my next car here! More
Glenview Luxury Imports is an absolute circus of incompetence, and the ring leaders are in their Finance Department — starting with **Wesley Polo**, who seems to have mastered the art of disappearin incompetence, and the ring leaders are in their Finance Department — starting with **Wesley Polo**, who seems to have mastered the art of disappearing the moment a customer actually needs help. My car was totaled back in **September**, and for MONTHS I’ve been trying to get my prepaid maintenance and insurance add-ons canceled. And what has Wesley done? Absolutely nothing. Radio silence. Ghost town. Pathetic. And then there’s the General Manager **Dominik**, whose main skill appears to be pretending he “never received my emails,” even though I CC’d him on *every single one*. Either he’s lying, or their email system is held together with duct tape and wishful thinking. When it’s time to take your money, they’re lightning fast. When it’s time to take responsibility? Suddenly everyone has amnesia. I’ve submitted messages through their website countless times — which apparently routes directly to the trash bin behind the building, because no one from this dealership has reached out, acknowledged me, or lifted a single finger to do their job. It’s **November 20**, and they’ve accomplished exactly ZERO. And here’s the cherry on top: instead of handling my case like actual professionals, they dumped me onto someone working at a completely different dealership — Golf Mill Chevrolet. And honestly, **E. Reyna** over there did more in a week than the entire Glenview Luxury Imports staff has done in months. That alone tells you everything. This dealership is not just unprofessional — it’s dysfunctional. They dodge, they ignore, they deny, they push responsibility onto other companies, and they clearly don’t give a xxxx once your signature is on the contract. If you’re considering buying from them, don’t walk — RUN. Because once your sale is done, you might as well be screaming into the void. More

This was false and they did not disclose the front and rear damage. I drove 200 miles to buy this vehicle and they couldn't be honest enough to disclose; ripped passenger seat, bald tires, drivers taillight smashed in, front bumper was smashed in then heated up and popped out, no license plate light, 2 bad tire pressure sensors, spare tire lugs were stripped out, many inside trim pieces were missing, the AC control are in metric! They also force you to buy a GPS locator “fee hidden in the paperwork” Be aware of their practices. They also don't return calls after you leave! More

Though listed as used, CARFAX showed it came from a Porsche dealer auction. At first it seemed fine, but problems quickly followed. • Paint Issues: I purchased paint protection film (PPF) with my car, but the installation dragged on for over 1½ weeks with no updates. I was then told the paint peeled during application. Experts later confirmed the car had already been repainted—something the dealer never disclosed—likely to cover prior damage. • Dealer Denials: They denied any prior paint work despite most of the car being obviously repainted. The GM insisted they didn’t do it, but if Porsche did, their buyer failed to catch it. He admitted they wouldn’t have to disclose repainting, yet their own USED CAR RIDER says, “Any used vehicle may have had minor paint/body work.” This was far from minor. He even said new Aston Martins often need repainting and come with a manufacturer paint kit. • Communication & Runaround: They provided no updates on the car. I had to persistently call and text the salesman to get any information. The follow up calls and messages were incomplete and were used more to placate. • Resolution attempts: They offered “free tint” as a solution. When I suggested giving them $2K to walk away, the GM refused, saying my only option was to lose over $10K in depreciation, taxes, and fees to get out of the deal. The dealer tried to force me to waive my right to leave reviews in exchange for a PPF refund. When I refused, they denied the refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card, and while I eventually won, it took months because they fought it. Our experience: • Not transparent • Not honest • Poor communication • Did not honor their own contract Recommendation: If you’re in the market for a luxury vehicle – DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
