I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. After initially considering a pre-owned Mercedes, I ultimately decided to go in a different direction and chose not to move forward with dealership. Unfortunately, instead of respecting my decision, the sales manager continued contacting me through phone calls, emails, and text messages, repeatedly demanding a response. I understand that following up with potential customers is part of the sales process, but there is a significant difference between reasonable follow-up and repeatedly contacting someone after they have decided not to proceed. The experience has been extremely frustrating and has left me with a very negative impression of the dealership. I would encourage management to review how their sales team handles customers who have clearly decided not to purchase. More

Fun Stuff. Bought a one year old DB12 from them and the day after I got it needed to go in for service for at least three issues. Been there ever since . I was told it had undergone the CPO warranty check and simply wasn't certified because of the Fee. That was obviously a complete fabrication. They also left out/misrepresented the scratches on the front carbon diffusers, so when i received the car (i am not local) that was also a nice surprise. I would never buy a high end car from them ever again More
