I was very happy with my experience at Glanview Luxury Imports. It was a good fit for what I was looking for. At each step of the process Yousif kept me informed of what was happening and guided me through the necessary steps. In all of our communications he was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. When I picked up the car everything was in working order. The car was clean and tight as promised. It was turned over after detailing and polishing the aluminum rims. I am very pleased with my interactions with Glenview Luxury Imports and with Yousif. More

Recently bought a 2007 vantage from Brandon at this dealer and it was the biggest nightmare. Bought it mid Feb '26. Day of delivery the check engine light came on. Turned out to be a huge engine malfun dealer and it was the biggest nightmare. Bought it mid Feb '26. Day of delivery the check engine light came on. Turned out to be a huge engine malfunction. Credit to them they did pay to fix the issue but that was only the start of many mechanical issues the car would have. Check engine light was only ever off for the brief time between clearing codes and when the monitors where being set by the cars computer, otherwise the check engine light was always on. Over the course of 9 months I couldn't register the car in my name because it kept having mechanical issues and wouldn't pass state inspections. When it did finally get a passed inspection it took the dealer 2 months to work with the state at which point the state deemed the inspections invalid and wouldn't accept them. They said I had to get another inspection done but at that point the car was still having mechanical issues so it wouldn't pass any inspections. I figured buying an Aston Martin from Aston Martin would be much safer than buying from some used car lot. Turns out even buying from this Aston Martin dealer the purchaser still needs to be very careful despite what they see or hear from this dealer. I think it's very reasonable to think buying an Aston Martin from an Aston Martin dealer that the car would be somewhat reliable for at least a few years before needing major mechanical maintenance and not day of delivery. After 9 months of headache with this car I told them they needed to take the car back but they refused saying it would have to be a resale or trade in at that point. Brandon nickel and dimed me over every aspect of the resale. I don't know who else would've bought that car besides them given all the issues it has. Unfortunately its already back up for sale on their website days after they received it. They knew the check engine light was on when they bought it back from me too so I'm not sure what they're plan is there but it's already for sale again and based on the carfax as of now it doesn't look like they've done anything yet to fix the issue. Buyer beware of this dealer, I don't want anyone else having to take huge financial losses with this dealer. More

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. After initially considering a pre-owned Mercedes, I ultimately decided to go in a different direction and chose not to move forward with dealership. Unfortunately, instead of respecting my decision, the sales manager continued contacting me through phone calls, emails, and text messages, repeatedly demanding a response. I understand that following up with potential customers is part of the sales process, but there is a significant difference between reasonable follow-up and repeatedly contacting someone after they have decided not to proceed. The experience has been extremely frustrating and has left me with a very negative impression of the dealership. I would encourage management to review how their sales team handles customers who have clearly decided not to purchase. More

Fun Stuff. Bought a one year old DB12 from them and the day after I got it needed to go in for service for at least three issues. Been there ever since . I was told it had undergone the CPO warranty check and simply wasn't certified because of the Fee. That was obviously a complete fabrication. They also left out/misrepresented the scratches on the front carbon diffusers, so when i received the car (i am not local) that was also a nice surprise.
