Mike repeatedly made sure my son was good with the monthly payment amount and was more than willing to fiddle with the numbers to alter it until we were all sure he could afford the payments. Finally, the financial person, Bridgett got us through the paper work in record time and was also not pushy. This is a combined Audi/VW dealership and if I ever purchase a car (I prefer a pickup), I'm buying from here. More

Richard was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting what I needed. After setting up an appointment with Richard, he spent the day with me test driving multiple vehicles and answering my questions. Richard was knowledgeable about the vehicles and provided honest answers to several of my concerns. As a dealer, he displayed a genuine helpfulness to get me into the right vehicle rather than whatever gave him a good sale. As I was transitioned from Richard to the finance department, I met with Bridgette who also provided me with exceptional customer service.
