Super Sales Experience Every Visit I took my friend last year to Global Auto Mall to either lease or buy a Sonata after having an unpleasant experience at another Hyundai dealership. My friend had not been car shopping for several years, so she was very anxious, especially after her experience at the other dealership. At that time our sales person was Antoine Gratz who was extremely patient and not pushy at all, which really put my friend at ease. The end result of that visit was not only my friend leasing a Sonata but I leased a Tucson that same night. We have remained in touch with Antoine and recently my daughter and son-in-law went to Antoine to buy their own Tucson. They originally went to a Hyundai dealership closer to where they live in northern NJ, but after their own unpleasant experience, they drove the hour to visit Antoine and bought their car from him at Global Auto Mall. I recently decided to trade in our second car to get a smaller car and of course went back to Global Auto Mall. When I arrived I found out that Antoine was not at dealership that day unexpectedly, however I spoke with GM Rich Locurto who said he would have another salesperson work with us on behalf of Antoine. We worked with salesman Ray Azarcon who took excellent care of us. My husband and I absolutely loved Ray. He never made us feel rushed and provided excellent information. Ray thoroughly explained how to work all the controls/accessories in the car. The whole process, including trade-in was seamless with no stress. The GM Rich was great and he checked in with us personally several times during our visit. I have also had very pleasant service experiences with my Tucson at Global Auto Mall. It is very easy to make an appointment with very little notice which is great. We will definitely go back to Global for all our car needs. It is just easy. More

I have heard horrifying sales stories, so could imagine my reluctance. After a pressured & dishonest 3 hour visit to another Kia dealer on Route 22 (which will remain nameless), I asked my male friend to come with me to continue my quest. My first impression of Global was the relaxed atmosphere. No one tried to snag us as we walked in the door. A few reps said "Hello", smiled & stood back. We went to the reception desk and a lovely lady found us a salesperson to let me test drive a few cars. Harold Brown appeared in front of us and I instantly liked him. Very nice man & a gentleman. Poor Harold let me test drive FIVE different cars until the dealership was about to close. He is very knowledgeable in the makes & models too...another plus! He never asked me to sign anything. He wouldn't even discuss pricing until I felt comfortable with a car I liked. It's 9 pm and I'm exhausted. I tell Harold that we would like to come back the next day. I'm torn between the Hyundai Elantra and the Kia Forte. I emailed him from work and told him what models I liked. Harold set up a couple more cars for test driving the next evening. After testing out a few more we went to his desk & sealed the deal on the Forte. I drove home in my new Forte that night. After one last short visit to the financing department the next afternoon, I was done. On my way out, Harold took me to their service department to meet the staff & see the setup. Nice bunch of people. Beautiful modern lounge areas with Keureg coffee machines, wifi & comfortable seating. I just might go there for my oil changes! The entire process was quick & painless! Not once in the 2 and a half days I spent there, did I feel rushed or pressured. Harold Brown has the patience of a saint & the likeness of a caring parent. Go to Global. Ask for Harold. You will learn a lot, have a great experience, and maybe even get that car you've been dreaming of! More
