I purchased an Azera, which I had never heard of before, and traded in a trouble-free, 113K miles Sonata (bought from this same dealership in 2008.) Harold listened patiently as I explained the driving conditions the car would be subjected to and what I thought I needed. He then described a few models and gave me his recommendation. It was a very comfortable way to ease into a decision and I had no qualms about closing the deal. I was able to take the car home before the final contracts were signed. And when he delivered the car to me, he made sure I understood the car's features. I believe the people at Global know exactly the right formula to ensure a satisfied-customer experience. From the first call from Jackie to set up an appointment and introduce me to the salesman, Harold, when I arrived (it was nice not being accosted by a salesperson before I even got in the door), to the very helpful receptionist, financial folks, management, and the people who did a great job prepping the car, I want to give a big, well-deserved "Thank you!" Super Sales Experience Every Visit I took my friend last year to Global Auto Mall to either lease or buy a Sonata after having an unpleasant experience at another Hyundai dealership. M I took my friend last year to Global Auto Mall to either lease or buy a Sonata after having an unpleasant experience at another Hyundai dealership. My friend had not been car shopping for several years, so she was very anxious, especially after her experience at the other dealership. At that time our sales person was Antoine Gratz who was extremely patient and not pushy at all, which really put my friend at ease. The end result of that visit was not only my friend leasing a Sonata but I leased a Tucson that same night. We have remained in touch with Antoine and recently my daughter and son-in-law went to Antoine to buy their own Tucson. They originally went to a Hyundai dealership closer to where they live in northern NJ, but after their own unpleasant experience, they drove the hour to visit Antoine and bought their car from him at Global Auto Mall. I recently decided to trade in our second car to get a smaller car and of course went back to Global Auto Mall. When I arrived I found out that Antoine was not at dealership that day unexpectedly, however I spoke with GM Rich Locurto who said he would have another salesperson work with us on behalf of Antoine. We worked with salesman Ray Azarcon who took excellent care of us. My husband and I absolutely loved Ray. He never made us feel rushed and provided excellent information. Ray thoroughly explained how to work all the controls/accessories in the car. The whole process, including trade-in was seamless with no stress. The GM Rich was great and he checked in with us personally several times during our visit. I have also had very pleasant service experiences with my Tucson at Global Auto Mall. It is very easy to make an appointment with very little notice which is great. We will definitely go back to Global for all our car needs. It is just easy. More
