I always walk in expecting to get a bad deal from pushy sales people. This time was very different. Ray Azarcon was not pushy and took a genuine interest in getting us a really good deal. We traded in a car that needed work and they still gave us fair value for it. Ray was very patient and even played with our 7 year old who was getting a little rambunctious. We would recommend Ray and Global to anyone who wants to not be pressured in to buying a vehicle, and wants to be satisfied with their new car and car buying experience. From the moment I walked into the clean show room and met Doug it was smooth sailing from beginning to end. Doug was not distracted, super helpful and we went for a test drive that actually lasted as long as i needed it to, not the 5 minutes in and out you sometimes experience. Doug worked with me every step of the way, answered every question I had and matched the price I was expecting. No pushy upsells, no obnoxious hidden fees. I was impressed and so happy and relieved. I had an excellent experience the first time and I was actually nervous about working with a different representative. Kelvin listened to all the issues I told him were most important to me; he didn't just try to " sell me something. " I felt he understood my best interests and took it from there. It was so expedient to work with Kelvin again because he spent time on what was important to me and put everything in motion. I was not there long at all. I was approved; he called me insurance company; and soon I had a contract and another new vehicle from Global. I told family members to ask for Kelvin when they are ready to buy/lease a vehicle. No one leaves you wandering around. Someone greets you and tries to accomodate your needs immediately. The atmosphere is friendly and professional. My sales rep from 3 years ago on my first lease, is still there and remembered me. The operations run smoothly. Responses are not too lengthy. The customer lounge and waiting areas are clean, equipped wtih conveniences and very comfortable. It's just a pleasure to do business there. You are treated like a person who has a need and/or questions about a vehicle purchase. You are not treated like a sales target. I am certain whether I lease or buy next time, it will be with Global Automall. More
