We have never been treated by other any car dealer the way we were treated by Global Auto Mall in North Plainfield. Our experience was better than great. Antoine Gratz was an amazing salesperson. This is our 3rd Hyundai from Global since 2005. We live at least 50 miles away from this dealership; but, always come back to Global. The scale of 1 to 5 does not allow for variances in evaluation...as there is a significant difference between Good and Great. The salesman was friendly and responsive to our wants and needs in finding the right vehicle. We used TrueCar.com to search for what we wanted and chose Global Auto Mall because of the location. The price was negotiated prior to our departure from the dealership (the first time) and remained in effect for more than two weeks, when we came back to make our purchase (that was a plus). The dealership did not have the color we were originally looking for and the Sales MANAGER would not allow the salesman to look at trading with another dealership for the color we wanted (this was the only negative), which is why we waited to buy here. He specifically said we "had to choose from the dealer stock or they would not honor our pricing from TrueCar.com." In the end, we ended up choosing the vehicle we looked at. Again, the salesman was great. We talked with Ray Azarcon prior to picking up the Jeep and most everything was done when we arrived. The car was prepped with the exception of a full tank of diesel which we had to take care of ourselves and submit for reimbursement. he finance department was quick and efficient and we were in and out in less than two hours. Ray was a pleasure to work with and very understanding of our delay in purchasing our new vehicle. More
I received an excellent deal. I traded my 2010 Jeep Liberty. I walked away with 2014 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 with less monthly payment and no down payment. I feel like I made money. I went to Global Auto Mall to either buy my leased car or turn it in for something else. Harold Brown assisted me in making the best choice for me financially and wasn't pushy. Mr. Brown played with all of the numbers I threw at him and didn't show any signs of being tired of my scenarios, answered my questions and what-ifs until I was happy. He showed me several cars, used and new that I might have been interested in, even walking through the snow until he found one I might like. We then went for a test drive and he informed me of the features of the vehicle I eventually purchased, as some of them were actually new to me. Mr. Brown also kept his sense of humor which made the buying process easier for me. I also asked him a question, though I knew the answer, and he told me the truth which made me feel comfortable with him. Had he not, I'm almost sure I would not have done business with him. He earned my respect and if I should ever need another car or know of anyone looking for a car, he will be first on my referral list. He also followed up to make sure I was enjoying the car and that everything was all right. He was great to talk to as a person and I enjoyed doing business with him. More
