I have already recommended Global and Hyundai to family and friends. I will ABSOLUTELY go back to Global to buy my wife a new car. I am dumbfounded by the experience. WOW! More

I have heard horrifying sales stories, so could imagine my reluctance. After a pressured & dishonest 3 hour visit to another Kia dealer on Route 22 (which will remain nameless), I asked my male friend to come with me to continue my quest. My first impression of Global was the relaxed atmosphere. No one tried to snag us as we walked in the door. A few reps said "Hello", smiled & stood back. We went to the reception desk and a lovely lady found us a salesperson to let me test drive a few cars. Harold Brown appeared in front of us and I instantly liked him. Very nice man & a gentleman. Poor Harold let me test drive FIVE different cars until the dealership was about to close. He is very knowledgeable in the makes & models too...another plus! He never asked me to sign anything. He wouldn't even discuss pricing until I felt comfortable with a car I liked. It's 9 pm and I'm exhausted. I tell Harold that we would like to come back the next day. I'm torn between the Hyundai Elantra and the Kia Forte. I emailed him from work and told him what models I liked. Harold set up a couple more cars for test driving the next evening. After testing out a few more we went to his desk & sealed the deal on the Forte. I drove home in my new Forte that night. After one last short visit to the financing department the next afternoon, I was done. On my way out, Harold took me to their service department to meet the staff & see the setup. Nice bunch of people. Beautiful modern lounge areas with Keureg coffee machines, wifi & comfortable seating. I just might go there for my oil changes! The entire process was quick & painless! Not once in the 2 and a half days I spent there, did I feel rushed or pressured. Harold Brown has the patience of a saint & the likeness of a caring parent. Go to Global. Ask for Harold. You will learn a lot, have a great experience, and maybe even get that car you've been dreaming of! More
