It is with pleasure that I write a few words to express my satisfaction concerning my recent trip to Global Automall for service and repair. I have dealt prmarily with Greg because I think it's a good thing to have the same Service Consultant each time I go. I feel Greg has gotten to know me and my car. He has always been very friendly, very knowledgable, and very professional. He questions what problems I might be having, what services I came in for, determines what jobs need to be done according to the milage, and makes recommendations accordingly. He makes every attempt to make sure I am comfortable as I wait for my vehicle. At regular intervals, he lets me know how the work is progressing and, if necessary, what costs are involved. He handles things in a very timely manner. He gives me the best price he can and makes sure I get the right mechanic for the work that needs to be done. I have never had to bring my car back for something that wasn't done or wasn't done right. I am a totally satisfied customer. Even though I deal primarily with Greg, I have a very good relationaship with Tom and Debbie as well. Believe it or not, I actually look forward to coming in and seeing each one. They all make me feel very comfortable, very welcomed, and always show appreciation for my business. The girls who are on duty when I call for an appointment are very polite and thorough. When I come for my appointment, I find they have written everything down on the computer that I have mentioned. There is no need to repeat things over and over. I have 96,660 miles on my car. When it comes time to get another one, I will head straight to Global Automall to purchase one and will continue to have it serviced there as well. Thanks very much, June Burggaller More

I purchase my Sonata from Global this past summer. From the moment I steped in the door I got nothing but great service. When I got an e-mail requesting that I bring my car in to check the tires, I was amazed that I had been alerted about my tires and surprised that I could I setup the appointement online. This dealership is a class act and I was treated like a VIP from the moment I drove up to the service entrance. On Tuesday, I took my car in for the 3000 mile serviced and just as before, I got the royal treament, Debra, my service rep, was just great as she was before and she got me in and out in short order. Came back and had a pleasant experience reaching a good deal mostly in negotiation with the General Manager, Rich who was very good. Only complaint was that it took a long time to get processed and to take delivery of the car which took place during our visit - they were very busy. Still, would highly recommend the dealership and the people. Would absolutely send friends and relatives - and would purchase there again ourselves. More

My family and I have been a loyal customers of Global Auto Mall for almost 14 years. I purchased 4 cars from them and we also leased 4 others. In that time they have always been very fair, honest and over extended themselves to accommodate me and ensure that I was happy. I feel valued as a customer and some of the sales and service reps have even become friendly with my family and I. Tom Nesbit has really been a pleasure to deal with and get to know over the years. I trust him 100% to take care of us and ensure that we get the service and treatment that is important to us and sets them apart from other dealers. We have had many bad experiences, but when we bought our first car from Global and had such a positive experience during regular service, we were so pleased that we never wanted to go anywhere else. That has continued through the years. Even if an issue arises, they are quick to resolve it without hassle. Tom and the service team at Global have earned our loyalty, praise and appreciation. More
I recently purchased a Kia Optima SX from Global Auto Mall. Don Spann was the salesman. He was extremely helpful. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Joe Wilson of the finance department made financing a breeze. I purchased a warranty through Joe and it really came in handy. Two weeks after purchasing the car, I was driving my wife home from the hospital. I ran over a pot hole. It destroyed my tire as well as the wheel. I called the insurance company and they did not yet have the contract on file. I called Kia Roadside Assistance and they sent someone to change my tire. He arrived within 30 minutes. Subsequently, I drove to Global and informed them of my plight. I spoke with Debbie Skelton, a Service Consultant. She could not have been friendlier or more helpful. She took my contract, called the insurance company and within 2 hours I had a new tire and rim without a penny out of pocket. Debbie was phenomenal to deal with. I could not recommend a dealer any more enthusiastically. More
Car was under waranty and would not start. Had to be towed to service center. battery was charged and I was sent home. Next day car wouldn't start. Car was brought back to dealer and I was given a lo towed to service center. battery was charged and I was sent home. Next day car wouldn't start. Don Spann went out of his way to make my car purchase experience a good one. I didn't expect to buy a car when I visited, mainly because I had had so many bad experiences with other dealers, but Don ch experience a good one. He was very respectful, thorough and interested in what I wanted. He even drove up to Albany, NY state to get my new Hyundai. I strongly recommend him for your next new car purchase. I also was very impressed with the good coordination between sales and financing; I didn't think I would want to finance, but they made it worthwhile. They also gave me a good value for my trade-in. Strong marks all around. This was the best new car purchase experience I've ever had. More
