Debbie, my Service Manager, and the entire Service Department really excel at making sure the service is consistently top-notch. The friendliness, positive attitude and thorough attention to detail is impressive. How many times do folks go to dealerships and share humor while getting good service. Debbie always makes sure to review all actions/checks for service bulletins and always checks to make sure I'm satisfied. Two visits ago I came in for service and before I got there a construction vehicle had dropped a 5 gal paint pail in front me and others on Rt 22. I got some paint in the wheel wells and fenders. What a mess! But the crew chief who accepted my service arrival immediately said let's get this solved -- it was not their fault -- but they did resolve and gave me extra cleaner just in case. The crew in the service department really does love what they do. More
This is our second car from Global, and the reason we returned was Kelvin. He provided an outstanding level of customer service. Went here because of the rave reviews but I could've gotten the same crappy treatment in Staten island. Was looking at Kia and Hyundai. One salesman was loudly bullying a woman into leaving a deposit to keep a potential deal. Lastly we asked someone if they had the new Hyundai Veloster and he pointed us to the Accent Hatchback. That was it for us. More

Julio Ruiz was the salesman we dealt with a couple of weeks ago when we bought a new Elantra. He is top notch. Very courteous, respectful, helpful and professional at every step. One thing nice about Global, they don't have the second sticker most dealers add to the right of the factory sticker. We looked at several other dealers before buying at Global and this fact means you skip negotiating from the second sticker as the starting point. This is a big help in getting a fair price. More

I have bought 5 new cars in the past 20 years and Global Auto Mall is by far the best experience. I wasnt pressured into anything, got the exact vehicle I wanted at the exact price I wanted and they gave me Auto Mall is by far the best experience. The drive up service bay is great and I feel confident about bringing my car there for maintenance. If this review sounds too good to be true you might be thinking "someone from the dealership wrote it", trust me, Im not. I wouldnt bother taking the time to do most reviews but I sincerely feel that dealing with Global Auto Mall is such a different car buying experience that I had to write the review. I will undoubtedly buy my next car from there (depending on how the Hyundai holds up over the years!) More
Mr Shendell spent a great deal of time with us and was able find a car with a few more options than expected for the same price we were quoted prior to our arrival. When we encountered a problem obtaining the required insurance he made a suggestion which turned out to be successful thus clearing a large hurdle. Doug went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and not inconvenienced unnecessarily by all the required paper work. More
