The drive up service bay is great and I feel confident about bringing my car there for maintenance. If this review sounds too good to be true you might be thinking "someone from the dealership wrote it", trust me, Im not. I wouldnt bother taking the time to do most reviews but I sincerely feel that dealing with Global Auto Mall is such a different car buying experience that I had to write the review. I will undoubtedly buy my next car from there (depending on how the Hyundai holds up over the years!) More
Mr Shendell spent a great deal of time with us and was able find a car with a few more options than expected for the same price we were quoted prior to our arrival. When we encountered a problem obtaining the required insurance he made a suggestion which turned out to be successful thus clearing a large hurdle. The process of keys to the open road did not end with the sales manager, Richard Benevento (finance manager) provided us again with no pressure options for any additional financial needs that were easy to understand and seamless and in a minimal amount of time. This was much appreciated after a long day. I had been to many car dealerships and did not initially plan on purchasing from Hyundai but once we meet this team of professionals that helped us match the car with our needs it was a win for everyone. I would do business with this dealership again and recommend this Dealership to anyone who values their money and time. More

I travel from Staten Island NY to this service dept. The people here are friendly as well as professional. As soon as i pull into the service dept there is someone to immediately give me a ticket and take m people here are friendly as well as professional. I have taken my Jeep GC there for service three times now. Compared to the previous Jeep dealer that I used, Global is a first rate dealer. I walked into Global Auto Mall 10 minutes before they closed. After visiting other car dealerships in the last week, was extremely disenchanted, especially after pretty shabby treatment as a "woman buyer closed. I met Chris, looking to test drive, but not ready to buy, a Jeep Compass. Chris was pleasant, informative, respectful and laid back. He let me test drive the vehicle, (a few minutes before closing on a Monday night), and sat down to answer all my questions. After offering me an unbelievable deal, and $1,800.00 more on my trade-in then the other car dealership, I was actually contemplating the purchase. He assured me that it was my decision and did not pressure me in making "the deal". When I had second thoughts about the color, he actually got another one in the alternate color for me to view. Once I was sure of the color, Chris had to firm up the final deal with his manager, Jason Casale, who came out of his office to greet me. He was a pleasure and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the price. We closed the deal that night just before 11 p.m. and I couldn't be happier. The following night I picked up my vehicle, and had to sit and sign documents with the financial person, my least favorite part of buying a car. Even this part of the process was painless, as John Melillo was both professional and fair. I highly recommend Global Automall and will never step foot into a nearby dealership after buying cars from them for three decades. My experience was exceptional and Chris Skaiwait is the sales rep to see if you are in the market for a new car. More
