I walked into Global Auto Mall 10 minutes before they closed. After visiting other car dealerships in the last week, was extremely disenchanted, especially after pretty shabby treatment as a "woman buyer closed. I met Chris, looking to test drive, but not ready to buy, a Jeep Compass. Chris was pleasant, informative, respectful and laid back. He let me test drive the vehicle, (a few minutes before closing on a Monday night), and sat down to answer all my questions. After offering me an unbelievable deal, and $1,800.00 more on my trade-in then the other car dealership, I was actually contemplating the purchase. He assured me that it was my decision and did not pressure me in making "the deal". When I had second thoughts about the color, he actually got another one in the alternate color for me to view. Once I was sure of the color, Chris had to firm up the final deal with his manager, Jason Casale, who came out of his office to greet me. He was a pleasure and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the price. We closed the deal that night just before 11 p.m. and I couldn't be happier. The following night I picked up my vehicle, and had to sit and sign documents with the financial person, my least favorite part of buying a car. Even this part of the process was painless, as John Melillo was both professional and fair. I highly recommend Global Automall and will never step foot into a nearby dealership after buying cars from them for three decades.
