Best car buy experience ever We have bought 2 cars from Mario at global. He worked with us to find exactly what we need and in the right price range. Unlike other sales people who We have bought 2 cars from Mario at global. He worked with us to find exactly what we need and in the right price range. Unlike other sales people who push item that have Insentives for them he is only interested in your needs. During our first car purchase he spent hours with us showing us multiple cars and working numbers on each one until we finally settled on the one we wanted. Our second purchase wasn’t as long by but we knew it was between 2 cars. He took the time to break down the numbers on each model and helped negotiate the price for us. It was 3 years between purchases and he remembered exactly who we were when walking through the door. Feels like a small family business rather then a huge auto mall when dealing with him. We will always buy any car from Mario. In addition, Alexis worked with us over the phone and sent me many models via email for us to consider. She would check in time to time to see if we were interested in anything else. Speaking with her and having the car profiles sent via email saved us a lot of time at the dealer. More

An Extraordinary Car Buying Experience I just got home from purchasing a Kia Optima S from the most empathetic and helpful car salesman I have ever encountered. His name is Vinnie Moya...an I just got home from purchasing a Kia Optima S from the most empathetic and helpful car salesman I have ever encountered. His name is Vinnie Moya...and car salesmen everywhere should take a cue from how he conducts business. First, there is absolutely no pressure. Second, he PAYS ATTENTION and tailors his sales technique to the customer. For example, I came in thinking I wanted a Kia Optima EX...but when I test drove the car, Vinnie could tell I wasn't comfortable with the push-button ignition. He immediately switched gears, suggesting I might want to also test drive the sportier S model. Vinnie noted it had the features that were on my must-have list...plus the premium sunroof package...for less money than the EX...and it used a traditional ignition key for startup. Plus, the S model had a remote start feature not included on the EX. With a $3,000 dealer rebate, plus $1,000 for my 11-year-old car, I ended up sealing the deal for under $25,000 (tax, title and other fees included). Vinnie also offered to connect me with his insurance guy to see if he can get me a better insurance rate than what I've been paying. I've never had a dealer care at all about that! = What a refreshing change from most car buying experiences I've had in the past. And although I always do my homework, I confess I have never before bought a car in one visit. Vinnie's fair pricing and no pressure approach made it easy for me to seal the deal on the spot. I also want to note that Global did not pull any of the classic car dealer moves, where the manager comes out and "gangs up" on the customer. I can say with total confidence that if you are in the market for a Kia, Hyundai, Chevy, Genesis or Jeep, check this place out. You may not have to go anywhere else! More
