Doug and Raphael Escobar where also very patient and understanding no real pressure however after I came to an agreement of payments without any paperwork via Alexis and then went into meet with Raphael Escobar and Doug. I want to see the truck in daylight and go over a few features again no paperwork sign Raphael wanted me to change insurance and other info before I saw anything from finance department in writing. Finance department did not wanna meet with me right away they want me to pick options such as extended warranty without me seeing how many plans they offered and what the plans covered Jan from finance which is go back-and-forth over the phone thus slowing down the process which requires more questions to be asked by me which then caused more phone calls to be made back-and-forth from one office to another that was approximately 100 yards away . Over all great experience will definitely use again if need arises. More

I got more than expected I initially went in thinking about a few cars to take a look out. They have 5 or more brands there so I figured I could look at a few. Truth be told though my 2012 Malibu (which I loved) had been totalled recently and I really did want another one. I went in looking for a used one and ended up getting a fantastic deal leasing an 2018 Malibu. I got a 12K per year mileage allowance and the car is FANTASTIC. I would not have considered it if Ian didn't show it to me after getting my budget and preference info. He wasn't pushy though which is good. It was between the Malibu and a Nissan maybe. Everybody there was friendly and generally "supportive" if that makes sense. I would recommend them to friends and family for sure. They even helped me deal with the rental car I drove there in. Thumbs up. More

Surprisingly he didn't deviate away from the budget. Personally that was enough to gain my interest in buying from this dealer. Without hesitation I increased the price range. After the road test we worked on sealing the deal. I expressed my concerns for pot holes. He ensured I drove over a lot of potholes. I would certainly buy another car from him in the near future. I purchased a 2017 Sorrento. It's spacious and comfortable. It's not good in the snow, but that has nothing to do with the dealer. He even bought us dinner.
