They provided timely and helpful advice regarding the brand of vehicle I was purchasing. They let me know all the important information regarding the vehicle including its features along with Global's service commitment. With little ones running around along with not having any vehicles at the time due to an auto accident that occurred, we were pressed for time and needed vehicles that were both reliable and affordable. Mike was extremely attentive and he listened to all of our concerns with a great deal of patience. He also ensured that I received all the information regarding the complexities of purchasing a car. I was very thankful that Mario and Mike explained which vehicle would suit our needs best. He also solved the problem regarding the charges which we faced. Their caring approach was shocking to see from a dealer and that to us, was very important; they were truly professional.
