Prefect ending to my car search! I had been searching for a new car for a while, and been to many dealerships. I wasn't happy with the treatment I received, and that was a key factor I had been searching for a new car for a while, and been to many dealerships. I wasn't happy with the treatment I received, and that was a key factor in motivating me to make a purchase. I was very discouraged. The night I stepped into Global Auto Mall, and was greeted by Matt Reiger, my faith in humanity was restored. He went above and beyond to make sure my buying experience would be a positive one. Although I was extremely familiar with the Elantra, Matt showed me the car and pointed out so many features the other dealers failed to tell me about. I was thoroughly impressed. His attention to detail, and ability to answer my plethora of questions was top notch. I could tell he was very passionate about his work. When I returned to purchase the car, it was such an easy, stress-free experience. My friend met me at the dealership, and while we waited for the paperwork to process, Matt kept checking in to see if we needed anything to drink, and even offered to have lunch delivered! My friend and I was so impressed that despite Matt's amazing ambition and dedication to his work, he is a person with integrity and heart. When everything was signed and the car was mine, Matt made sure I was familiar with the all of the features of the car before I drove home. Never in my life have I met a more sincere, enthusiastic, driven car salesman. I went to five Hyundai dealerships in my quest for an Elantra, and ultimately chose to drive over an hour to Global to get the best service and car buying experience a girl could ever wish for.
