Car was under waranty and would not start. Had to be towed to service center. battery was charged and I was sent home. Next day car wouldn't start. I purchased a Sonata back in 2011 and opted for the Service Option as part of my purchase at Global Automall -- I have been very pleased with that decision. Debbie, my Service Manager, and the entire Service Department really excel at making sure the service is consistently top-notch. The friendliness, positive attitude and thorough attention to detail is impressive. How many times do folks go to dealerships and share humor while getting good service. Debbie always makes sure to review all actions/checks for service bulletins and always checks to make sure I'm satisfied. Two visits ago I came in for service and before I got there a construction vehicle had dropped a 5 gal paint pail in front me and others on Rt 22. I got some paint in the wheel wells and fenders. What a mess! But the crew chief who accepted my service arrival immediately said let's get this solved -- it was not their fault -- but they did resolve and gave me extra cleaner just in case. The crew in the service department really does love what they do. More

I wouldnt bother taking the time to do most reviews but I sincerely feel that dealing with Global Auto Mall is such a different car buying experience that I had to write the review. I will undoubtedly buy my next car from there (depending on how the Hyundai holds up over the years!) More

I travel from Staten Island NY to this service dept. The people here are friendly as well as professional. As soon as i pull into the service dept there is someone to immediately give me a ticket and take m people here are friendly as well as professional.
