My name is JAMES byrd and I HAVE BEEN WITH YOU FOR 9 YEARS . I WILL START WITH TELLING YOU ABOUT MY LAST LEASE OF A KIA SPORTAGE. JP was our sales person and this last time we told him what we wanted in the truck and color.he got the color right but when I asked him about the back up camera and digital display he said you can have it installed. WHY well the bottom line was all he was interested in was making the lease and I got stuck w a 4 year lease with a car I hate .he took advantage of me . now service was always great but today I had an app for a oil change and tire rotation . Igot there at 745 for a 815 app. well to my surprise I did not get out till945. aand on top of that they charged me 70 dollars. the service dept said sorry and tried to give me a free car wash which I turned down because I am very pickey about my car. the inside dash had black tar on it. I was going to buy my last car from you whenthis nightmare lease was over but not now and I will not recommend you ever. I should be getting gold star service

"Global is great"

I purchased a car on 11/22/2014, a 2015 Kia Optima. We were driving happily for 2 years +, when I got a flat tire on the NJ Turnpike, and found out that the car did not come with a spare tire, or the fixit kit for the tire (not that that would have worked anyway). Went down to Global a week after the incident, really upset, and I left smiling. It was a no-hassle, problem-free experience. They listened, they reviewed, and I left highly satisfied. Thank you Dave and Jim, the 2 most awesome guys in the service area!

Rude agents should be the clue that this place will rip you off any chance they get. Avoid at all costs for service. I had a nice experience in sales. Management defends and supports the rude agents and makes customers feel like they are the wrong ones. I have no idea why they support his incredibly rude Angelica

I am so happy with my Kia Sorrento! My car salesmen Christopher Skwiat was BEYOND helpful and informative! I have never had such an easy car purchase experience, from finding the perfect car for me, with everything I wanted at a great price. This truck has everything in it and is such a comfortable ride! I had no idea what all the buttons were and Chris literally sat there with me and showed me how everything worked, helped set up the navaigation for me, the Bluetooth, the XM radio. Amazing service! Love my truck!

"Save yourself the aggravation - don't use Chevy services."

I took my Chevy truck there and asked to replace the airbag sensor since the service light came on and it seems to be a common GMC/Chevy issue. I was told the anaylsis will cost $120 which I questioned since I already told them what was wrong but I agreed. 2 hours later I get the call, $900 and something to replace the 2 x $60 parts and "this and that and what else" need repairs. I picked up the car, paid the $140 that I owed them for telling them what was wrong, hopped on Amazon, order the parts and replaced them myself - took me less than an hour and $120 later. If you want to know what "else" is wrong with your car and like to drop $2-3,000 on a quick repair, go there and walk away angry and feeling used. I did once before for a bearing replacement - sorry not again.
