Very disappointed with the service department at Global Jeep. I originally stopped using this dealership for over a year because of prior service issues, but recently decided to give them another chance Jeep. Unfortunately, my experience only confirmed why I left in the first place. Previously, after an oil change and tire rotation, my driver-side wheel was not properly torqued and actually came off while I was driving. Thankfully no one was hurt, but it could have been a very dangerous situation. Most recently, I brought my 2014 Jeep Wrangler in for a check engine light diagnosis. I was told I would receive an update around 2 PM, but no one ever called. Repeated calls to the service department went unanswered, and the voicemail mailbox was full. After finally speaking with a manager the next day, I eventually received a late Friday call saying the required part was unavailable and I would need to return later for the repair. After picking up the vehicle, it immediately had a loud hissing sound that was never there before service. Since the service department was already closed, I could not get help and did not feel comfortable driving the vehicle all weekend. I later discovered that a hose disconnected during diagnostics had not been properly re-clamped before returning the vehicle to me. What is most frustrating is not just the mistakes, but the lack of communication, accountability, and quality control. Customers should be able to trust that their vehicle is being properly inspected before being returned. I truly hoped things had improved at this dealership, but unfortunately my experience says otherwise. More
I cannot believe how incompetent the service dept here is. Been trying to get my 2010 jeep in for a service recall. The run around is incredible. Too long to list all the issues. No return emails or phone calls. Spoke to someone named Ed Rubino, supposedly general manager. He did return a phone call. What a joke. Totally rude and didn't give crap. Finally lost my temper and told him off. Myself and my daughters have bought 4 vehicles from them over the last couple years. Also had friends buy there. NEVER AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Global Auto Mall service department!!! They do botched work and then force you to pay a nonsense diagnostic fee of an issue that they caused! Did brand new front brakes and resurfacing of rotors with them back in January of this year. Going by their advice that resurfacing was the way to go for me, I should have never listened. As this seemed to be their plan to squeeze $500 out of me in January and then another $500 a few months later. Why do brand new pads and resurfaced rotors squeal like an old car about to fall apart? They refused to take ownership for any kind of issues they might have caused. I spent over 5 hours in the service department that day and was forced to pay a diagnostic fee and get this there was no diagnosis! Then they tried to tell me oh you actually need to get new back brakes now and oh you should have never resurfaced the brakes. I had been to that service department about 7 times in the past 3 months and at no point did they ever say anything about back brakes which leads me to believe this was a big ploy to squeeze more money out of me like I was some kind of fool. The best part is your "service manager" HUGO VACADIEZ what a useless sorry excuse for a representative of your establishment. He is rude and condescending. He acted as if I was nothing and like the money I spent in your place was simply not enough. He even had the gall to say he felt like he was being "strong armed" and even takes me over to his computer and says, "oh you're such a loyal customer well all I see here are oil changes and tire rotations". I have been a loyal Global customer for over 10 years but no longer because of the way I was treated on that day. Now I have to go to a different shop to fix something that they messed up back in January! Upper management is of no help with this either I guess they don't care about losing a customer when they are too busy scamming other people out of their hard-earned money. More

First, they ordered an engine with a cracked block, then I waited months for another. When I finally got my car back, it was covered in scratches they caused, requiring multiple trips (over an hour each way) to fix. It gets worse. They forgot to reconnect a vacuum hose, leaving me with dangerously soft brakes, which I had to pay another shop to diagnose and fix. Now, my car has a turbocharger boost sensor error (P2565) and a check engine light that didn’t exist before. The dealership is refusing to take responsibility, claiming ‘things happen.’ My car went in fine except for the engine, and it’s come out with problem after problem. This dealership has cost me so much time, money, and stress. They’re negligent and take zero accountability. I’d recommend staying far away More

The worst place ever for service - want to blame everything on "new ownership"! That does not explain the pitiful communication and service provided to customers! Brought my van in to be looked at because the fan would not turn off and after the 2nd time it was brought in they finally found the problem and needed to order the part. On Wednesday, you told me that the warranty does not cover it and the part should be in by the following Monday or Tuesday. I sent a message about the extra service plan we had purchased when we got the car - no response! I called and left a message - no response. Still no update the following Wednesday, so I left another message that I needed the van back by Thursday night - no response! I called again on Thursday and left a voicemail - no response! I show up at the dealership just to be told that the part was "just ordered"...9 nine days after I left it there! No viable/acceptable solution as "we do not have any loner vehicles". And they act surprised that I am getting upset with the situation! More

It has been over a year since I first brought my jeep to them for a paint corrosion warranty issue and instead of them coming right out and admitting that they were not going to fix my issue they kept giving me the go around every month the service advisor would call me up and say that there was an issue with the pics that they took and they need me to come back in to take more pics this went on for a year until the last time Tracy called me up and said that she now needs to take pics of the paint corrosion with a clear ruler needless to say they never fixed my paint corrosion I kept all phone messages and text messages I just wish there was a way that I could complain to Jeep about this dealership More

I got my vehicle back the last time days before the lemon law would have kicked in. I've been trying to speak to the service manager for over a month now sent to emails of my issue and dozens of call. he's either busy or not in. lies. lies lies. what's wrong with the least bit of communication to you customers. I sure didn't have any problem reaching anyone when it was time to make my purchase. now I'm just a nobody. well this won't be a repeat customer until they bend over backwards for me. More
