To date, everything about Global Automall has been exceptional. First, I got the vehicle I wanted at a great price. More importantly than the first class facility, the people I dealt with were really first rate. Debbie, my service advisor, Gus, who actually worked on my car, and Rick Schreck, the service manager, are the kind of people you want to be friends with; they truly care about doing their job at the highest possible level, and they succeed at it. Everytime I come to Global I have excellent customer service. Tom goes out of his way to help me out all the time and I appreciate that! Even when I use to work with Debra Skelton she was in the reception area for awhile and she was "very helpful" and friendly.
