Let's begin: It was that time already. Our daughter was at the age to be able to select (and afford) her own car. So, my wife and I knew to push her in the right direction by recommending that she first contact Glockner Honda Toyota on US 23. We have always had a positive relationship with the employees there and a mutual trust (which, needless to say, is hard to find in sales of any kind). So, we placed a call and reached the desk of Caleb Smith. Mr. Smith entertained us with conversation, helped us during the viewing and selection process, and ultimately provided us with one our best experiences yet at this particular dealership. As a matter of fact, it was Mr. Smith that brought the 2015 Toyota Corolla (that my daughter purchased) to our attention. All of us couldn't have been happier! After it was decided upon that this vehicle would be "the one," we were handed off to the very capable hands of Robin Frasure as she went over all of the services offered, payment dates selection, etc.... He also listed the retail price and the internet discount price, In one email I received more information and response than in three previous trips to other dealerships. These guys want to be the best and they really are. Everyone was helpful and efficient and my purchase experience was quick and flawless. Always patient, never pushy, truly care about the people I have bought two cars from this dealer. The last one came after an accident. We went to test drive a new Civic, and on the test drive (to replace our wrecked car) we were rear ended by a distracted driver. I believe the car we were test driving was totaled. I had to be taken to the hospital with a back injury. A couple of days later, Kevin called to see how we were doing. He was truly concerned about our health and well being. He and Caleb (I think was the other salesman) were so polite and concerned for my wife and myself, that I knew when were feeling better, we would return to Glockner. We had been looking at the last 2016 Civic. They gave us a GREAT deal on a 2017 (almost the same price as the 2016). I think they felt a little sorry for us due to the accident. Not only would I HIGHLY recommend this dealer for sales, but we have had our 2007 Ridgeline serviced there many times and can say the service is excellent quality and fairly priced. If you go to Glockner Honda, ask for Kevin or Caleb. More
