Wonderful Experience Had a great experience picking out my brand new car. This is the first brand new car that I have purchased, I had already done lots of research, so I Had a great experience picking out my brand new car. This is the first brand new car that I have purchased, I had already done lots of research, so I knew exactly what I wanted. Drew and the Sales Manager were extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. I wanted a different color than what was available on their lot. They found the exact color, exterior and interior, that I wanted. Robin was great to work with and explained the details of the extra protection plans available. After some reflection, we even went back and purchased the extra protection plans for our exterior and interior. If I/we had one suggestion it would be that customers are given the extra protection plan information before sitting down with financing, to give a little more time to mull over all the info and pricing. Ultimately is was a wonderful experience - I am in love with my new Toyota!!! :) More

All in all a very pleasant car-buying experience. We were also provided with the personal alone time we needed to discuss things privately, thus the "alone for more than 5 minutes" portion below. What is more important is that we never had to wait more than five minutes to discuss anything. More
