Due the the heat he even pulled the car into an air conditioned bay so that I would comfortable while he went over the car information with me. I researched pricing thoroughly before going in and was very pleased with my trade in value and the car price. Robin Frazure had all of my paperwork ready to sign so I was in and out in no time. She had a very pleasant personality. Last but not least was the young tech genius who was able to solve the problem with transferring my contact list from the phone to the hands free link.
