I knew what I wanted and asked Pete to provide me with an "out the door" price. I compared the price provided, with the "out the door" prices from other dealers. Glockner had the best price. I did all my communication by email and over the phone. All dealings were completely professional. My first visit to the dealership was when I took delivery of the car. The car was ready when I arrived and as soon as the paperwork was completed, I took delivery of the vehicle. Pete was able to demonstrate the features of the car, showing me several things I was not aware of. We faced a challenge completing the documents, but Pete and the Greg came up with a simple and elegant solution. My experience was excellent. It has been 12 years since I bought my last new vehicle and it was from Glockner Honda Toyota. More
