Excellent service I went to Glockner Honda Toyota looking for a specific make and model of car. Within a half hour of being at the dealership, Pete delivered everythin I went to Glockner Honda Toyota looking for a specific make and model of car. Within a half hour of being at the dealership, Pete delivered everything I wanted. He knew my bottom dollar price range and what I wanted, and he made it happen. He knew the answer to every question I had. My husband and I went home after looking at the car I wanted to discuss whether to purchase it. The car was exactly what I wanted. After discussing it, the main reason we chose to buy from Glockner Honda Toyota was the fact that Pete was so helpful, yet not in the least bit pushy or aggressive in the sale. That was a major plus for my husband and I in deciding whether to purchase our car from him. When we went to finance the car, we initially went through our bank. Robin asked if she wanted me to see if she could get an even better interest rate. And she did just that. She was pleasant and wonderful to work with. I didn't even realize I needed or wanted a new car!! Bought my last CRV from Pete in April 2014 and was very pleased with him and my new car! However my experience with the Glockner Family Dealerships has changed this perception. We worked closely with Drew Howard and it could not have been easier. He did everything he could to make sure we were happy with our vehicle, even after the sale. We compared prices at several large dealerships & they were able to give us a better deal here at home. 2016 Tacoma After two years of searching for a Tacoma pickup truck, I took the advise of a good friend and talked to Pete Saltsman at the Portsmouth Toyota dealer After two years of searching for a Tacoma pickup truck, I took the advise of a good friend and talked to Pete Saltsman at the Portsmouth Toyota dealership. I am very glad that I followed her advise because Pete was very easy to deal with and helped me choose the exact vehicle that I wanted. At first we thought that my Tacoma would have to be ordered with at least a 60 day delivery date, but Greg worked very hard and found the exact vehicle I wanted at another dealers lot out of state. Within two weeks I had my truck and have been pleased with my purchase. I would recommend that any looking for a new vehicle check with Pete because he is very a easy person to deal with. I will definitely shop Glockners for my next vehicle. More
