I bought a new Avalon about three years ago and just bought a new Highlander. To go back to the same dealership, to me says a lot. Many times car buying can be trying. My 1st experience was a great experience as well as their service dept. being great. I didn't consider going anywhere else when I was ready to buy another car. Kevin Castle was the salesperson we bought our car from. He was wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond to find the car we wanted. He did as much as he could for us over the phone or before we came to the showroom to save time. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. I will return to Glockner when purchasing another vehicle. Awesome! My wife and I had been thinking of trading her car in on a new one for some time, even though we were still paying on it. We had stopped by the dealer My wife and I had been thinking of trading her car in on a new one for some time, even though we were still paying on it. We had stopped by the dealership on a Sunday afternoon just to look at a bright yellow Prius that caught my wife's eye. We looked around at several and decided we would talk it over. Later that evening I got on the computer and gave them an offer on the Prius with her car as trade in. Next morning I received a call from Pete Saltsman letting me know my offer had been accepted. We set up an appointment for later that day and went in to see Pete and took the Prius for a test drive. Pete then gave our paper work to Robin Frasure who worked to get the best loan deal for us. These two employees are truly an asset to the company. Friendly, polite, customer oriented! I am considering trading my Navigator in on newer vehicle and Glockners will be the only place I will go.
