Second Purchase - 2016 After purchasing my CR-V from Kevin in January, I mentioned hopefully I would be back soon(next year) to look for a car for my fiancé. Little did I kn After purchasing my CR-V from Kevin in January, I mentioned hopefully I would be back soon(next year) to look for a car for my fiancé. Little did I know, things don't always work out as planned. Fast forward two months later, my Fiancé's car was acting up yet again, and we finally decided it's time to get a new car for her. However, we were in a little bit of a pickle, as she still owed a little over 2 grand on it. To make matters worse, her identity was stolen just over 2 years ago, so getting a loan at all, let alone a reasonable rate, seemed impossible. With me getting a new car, another car loan in my name didn't sound possible either, thus we were left hopeless. However after a few phone calls, Kayla, my fiancé, was at the dealership, working with Kevin, whom had sold me my first car. Kayla explained the situation we were in and Kevin reassured her he could make something work, and sure enough he did. After running some numbers, Kevin and the wonderful people at Glockner's were able to set us up with a 2011 Camry. They took Kayla's car on trade in, rolled over her existing loan, and put the car in my name to keep the interest rate down. The car runs great, and has left me reassured we have a safe reliable car for my fiancé and our 2 year old daughter. The people at Glockner have been an absolute blessing to us. If you are ever in need of a car, go to Glockner's. They have treated us like family right from the rip and have taken care of us every step of the way. More

Wonderful buying experience Kevin Castle has helped us a couple times with buying used cars, this time he helped us to buy our first brand new car. They just make it easy Kevin Castle and all of the people at Glockner made the car buying experience easy and enjoyable. My Mom bought a Toyota from them 3 years ago and the Kevin Castle and all of the people at Glockner made the car buying experience easy and enjoyable. My Mom bought a Toyota from them 3 years ago and there was no question as to where my husband and I were going to buy ours. Kevin doesn't pressure you. He noticed that my Mom has difficulty walking, so he made sure he always dropped her off at the door. He even took time to drive her back to her car from the show room. He called me this morning just to check in. Glockner goes the extra mile!!!! Robin who handled the paperwork was great. She talked us through each page and was extremely helpful. Excellent Service I randomly stopped to look at the cars and was greeted and helped immediately by Kevin Castle. He was so friendly and informative about any and all questions that I had. I felt very comfortable talking with him and didn't feel pressure in the slightest. He told me about a great leasing deal they had going on and I was sold. I had stopped just to browse and had a brand new car the next day.
