Honda CRV - Incredible Experience - Salesman: Kevin Castle I started my journey at Glockner online, looking at the CRV's, little did I know I was setting myself up for a deal. Although the website was confusing and lead me down a road I wasn't sure I wanted to tread, I was none the less, more than happy I did. I was contacted via Greg, who set me up with a salesmen, Kevin, who was nothing short of incredible. Kevin walked me through multiple features of the different CRV's. After some discussion about different vehicles, I was pretty well set on a CRV. Once test driving, the deal was sealed. Although I was ready to buy the CRV, I was still nervous as I was about to commit to a huge expense. I told Kevin I was ready to sign, but needed to discuss it with my fiancé, after a good nights sleep I believed I was ready to buy. There was a hold up on my end that kept me from getting the car for about a week and a half. Kevin, and the guys at Glockner took care of me, set my car to the side, and held it for a few days until I could put a deposit. Once I made the deposit I was counting down the hours until I could pick it up. Thursday evening arrived, I was finally ready to pick up my car. Greeted by Kevin he gave me another tour of the car before passing me off to sign the papers. This is where Matt, once again, took care of me. Matt went above and beyond and gave me some extra incentives to make sure I was able to get all the extra coverage on my car I needed. Took the car home that night, and was estatic. The car performs exceptionally well. It was a relief to have a capable vehicle in the midst of the first snow storm of the year. After facing 8-12 inches of snow and ice, my new CRV pushed right along fine. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase! And couldn't be more thankful for Kevin, Greg, and Matt, they really made my experience and set the bar high. More
