I was not only impressed with their selection, but was very impressed with the customer service I was provided by Mr. Saltsman! He was not only very knowledgable about the vehicles but he was very easy to talk to and I really felt like he got me the best deal possible for my budget. The idea of buying a car can be very intimidating but Pete's relaxed demeanor, kindness and knowledge really made the process enjoyable! Gary Dilley went out of his way to make my wife and I feel very comfortable...answered all are questions..showed us how everything worked on the vehicle ...and there was never any pressure to buy...We didn't buy the vehicle the day we looked at it...My wife and I took time to think it over and decided we were offered a good deal...so I called Gary early on a Monday morning and bought it over the phone...I also asked for the paint protection and interior protection be applied and assumed there would at least be a down payment required for that to happen...but I got surprised...Gary said great and really appreciated are business.. the vehicle would be ready for us at noon the next day and Matt Groves would have the paper work ready...we were there at noon .. the vehicle was ready and so was the paper work....Matt is a very nice young man ..not only did he have the paper work ready but also helped us make an informed decision on a extended warranty offered and we appreciate that...even though everyone was so friendly..being met at the door etc. ...I guess what impressed me the most is being taken at my word over the phone that L would buy the vehicle ..plus adding the extra expense of the paint and interior protection without a down payment is something you don't see much of these days and for good reason i will admit...but in my opinion that makes Glockner Honda a class act and me a customer for years to come...thanks guys More
