His frank, honest and pleasant approach earned him a visit when I was ready to buy. He worked super patiently with me over a six day period including visits, calls, texts, and emails. I felt I was taking up a lot of his time, but he never made me feel that way. He never pressured me into anything, just gave me advise when I asked or an opinion based on his own experience or market experience with cars. Once I ultimately made the choice I was very happy with my car. There was a slight problem with some post purchase discovered dings, but they're being taken care of, no fuss, just yes that will be taken care of. When Kevin hands you temporarily over to Robin Frasure, in finance, the patience and knowledge continues. She presented the options I had, yet I had the choice to buy them, no pressure. The entire experience was made easy by everyone at Glocker Toyota, from the young salesmen at the door who ran and got cars or just seated me when Kevin had a customer when I popped in without calling. All in All I was handled with dignity and respect and that is what I like, but most of all the kindness and friendliness matter. My 85 year old mother ended up with me while I was doing the paperwork - they gave her a soft seat and Kevin listened to her talk about all the cars she'd had for 60 years - God Bless you Kevin. She loved it!! Service: I like having a car that can be serviced in my small town. I just bought my 4th Toyota, this one a certified. I have spent much money on service over the years for the lst one bought here and the other two I bought from individuals. I keep my Toyotas forever and then pass to my kids. Glockner service department always impressed me with their willingness to explain things. Kathy was so kind and friendly and Lisa who took her place at the Service desk does a great job. The mechanic will actually come out and talk to you and make recommendations and I like that generally the same mechanic works on your car. Kevin worked with me on a price that I need not go out of town to save money on a car, even though I knew, or course, the service would be here. Several years ago dealing with the service dept. within a few months they replaced the same component. I brought it to their attention and they immediately apologized, agreed it was too soon and refunded my money. The service department won my confidence that day. More

Great Service I'll be the first to admit that I know very little about vehicles and because of this my father took the lead. My father checked with various dealerships to ensure I got the best deal and none of them could compete with Glockner's. My father and Kevin communicated through email and pretty much all I had to do was show up and let them help me with the process. Kevin is very personable and wonderful to work with. He walked me through the process step by step and had many options waiting for me to view in order for me to choose the color and if I wanted a new car or one with very few miles on it. He explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood, got what I wanted, and was comfortable and knowledgeable about the car. They made sure I got the best interest rate and calculated the monthly payments for both four and five years using different interest rates in order for me to choose the best option for me. They did a great job and I'm very happy with my vehicle. More
